Another Aftersales win for Lloyd BMW Carlisle
Another win for Lloyd BMW Carlisle, who retain the BMW UK Aftersales award at BMW Awards.
It was a sensational evening for Lloyd BMW Carlisle on Friday 23rd February, as the BMW & MINI Retailer of the Year Awards were held in London to celebrate retailers across the network, acknowledging their dedication and performance in categories including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Sustainability.
On the evening Lloyd BMW Carlisle were delighted to win the BMW Aftersales Retailer of the Year award for 2023, retaining the title after winning the award for 2022.
Lloyd BMW Carlisle’s Head of Business, Craig Bowers, who received the award on the evening said:
“We are blown away and extremely proud to win the BMW Aftersales award again. This award is one of the most sought-after awards amongst BMW centres in the UK. It includes customer feedback and service performance indicators that are measured throughout the year. Winning it once is a fantastic honour but to win it again and retain are number one spot is just sensational.
Our team in Carlisle have shown just how talented and hard-working they are. We are especially grateful to all our customers who shared positive feedback about their experiences at Lloyd Carlisle BMW.”

As well as this accolade, Lloyd BMW Carlisle won Retailer of the Year for their Region and were nominated for a Customer Award. Lloyd South Lakes BMW were nominated for a Customer Award and Lloyd Carlisle MINI were nominated for the Aftersales award. A fantastic effort from all teams that topped off a very successful evening for the group.
